Sometimes the Cubii might not auto-connect with the app if it has been a few hours since the last sync. This is due to the operating system of certain Android devices cutting the Bluetooth connectivity of the device in order to conserve battery power, rather than keeping it available in the background in a disconnected mode. In order to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
- Simply click on the “Connect” button on the Home screen. If all necessary settings (i.e Location and Bluetooth turned ON) are enabled, it will then reconnect in a few seconds.
