What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All standard shipping will take 6 to 10 business days to arrive. During times of high volume, shipping may be delayed.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Within the continental US (Hawaii and Alaska excluded), we offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 and $6 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. All final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expediated shipping methods are currently unavailable.

 

International Shipping Rates

We do not offer international shipping from the US website. Please visit www.cubii.ca, www.cubii.au, www.cubii.co.uk, or www.cubii.eu to shop our international websites.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mycubii.com with your name and order number.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount and shipping costs for the return. Please click here to view our full return policy. Items sent back without return approval will not qualify to be reimbursed. Currently, we do not accept exchanges.
