Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All standard shipping will take 6 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note we ship via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Within the continental US (Hawaii and Alaska excluded), we offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 and $6 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. All final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expediated shipping methods are currently unavailable. If you need an expediated shipping method we recommend to check out our Amazon storefront.
International Shipping Rates
We do not offer international shipping from the US website. Please visit www.cubii.ca, www.cubii.au, www.cubii.co.uk, or www.cubii.eu to shop our international websites.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with Cubii, you will receive two automated emails from us. The first one will be order details and the second one will be a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through submitting a request through our website or emailing support@mycubii.com with your full name, order number or email address that was used to place your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. When making your return request you will receive a UPS return label (cost is on Cubii). Once we receive the return at our warehouse we will refund the full amount of the product returned. Please click here to view our full return policy. Items sent back without return approval will not qualify to be reimbursed. Currently, we do not accept exchanges.
