There's no return label in my package. How do I get one?

Please contact our customer service department by calling 844-282-4401, chatting with us or emailing We will forward you a prepaid FedEx label(s). We have had increased interest in the Cubii due to the pandemic and understand that not everyone will be assisted ASAP. If you have attempted contact with us in any form, we will still satisfy your return request. Cubii is not responsible for the reimbursement of shipping costs on returns that were completed without our knowledge.
