What kind of workout can you get? Does it burn calories?

On average, Cubii users burn approximately 150 calories per hour.  This depends on each individual's unique physical makeup, the resistance setting chosen and how quickly you pedal.  We suggest starting out on Level 1 and then gradually increasing the resistance level according to your needs.  As you increase resistance levels, your workout will become more challenging and you will burn more calories. Basically, what you put into your Cubii workout is what you'll get out of it. 😊

When pedaling forward, the Cubii targets your glutes, quads, and hip flexors. By pedaling backwards, the Cubii targets your hamstrings and calves.  We have numerous customers with various different conditions that love our product and have found it to improve their situation.
