On average, Cubii users burn 150 calories per hour. This does depend on each individual and how quickly and hard they pedal. The more you increase your resistance, the more calories you will burn. However, it does get more challenging the higher you go. We suggest starting on the lowest setting, pedaling for a bit, and seeing how it feels. Raise it up per your comfort level.
When you pedal forward, it targets your glutes, quads, and hip flexors. Pedaling backward targets your hamstrings and calves. You can even target your core if you sit up straight while using it. We have had many customers use their Cubii after hip (and knee) replacement surgery to help with their range of motion and muscle recovery.
The Cubii was designed to allow people to keep moving and exercise from the comfort of their homes. It is a great addition to a normal workout routine, especially if you can not make it to the gym, or just want to keep moving when you get home.
